Former President Donald Trump declares, “No” and added, “that’s enough for the family,” when asked by Fox News if he had plans to involve his daughter Ivanka and her husband Jared Kushner in second Trump administration.
“It’s too painful for the family, my family has been through hell,” Trump added, discussing how many subpoenas his son Eric has received.
Comments made came from his interview on Fox News with Bret Baier. Trump then added “Nobody has been through what my family has been through”.
This does not come to a shock, as it’s been highly reported, even by myself, that the former President had plans to move on from his daughter Ivanka and Kushner, who many Republicans are not huge fans of.
When asked why he wants to go through another grueling campaign, Trump replied: “I wanna make America great again. We had it great… very simple, I want to make America great again.”
It probably comes as a huge relief to many people who plan on voting for Trump in this upcoming election. Many have held criticisms of Kushner heavily due to his unwavering support to Israel and lack of mutual benefits the U.S. receives in such a relationship. One of Trump’s biggest criticisms of from his first term was how heavily pro-Israel he was, and how that did not come off as America First to many supporters.
