Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s supporters created a super PAC last month called “Heal the Divide,” touting the 2024 presidential candidate as the only one who can “unite the Nation to start healing America.”

While Kennedy is running as a Democratic, the PAC’s founders have links to Trump-supporting Republicans, Rolling Stone reports.

Jason D. Boles of RTA Strategy is the organization’s treasurer, according to documents from the Federal Election Commission that Rolling Stone has seen. RTA Strategy received more than $372,000 in 2022 from Marjorie Taylor Greene’s campaign and leadership PAC, Save America Stop Socialism, for work on her congressional campaign.

The firm also worked with Republican candidate Herschel Walker during his 2022 Senate race in Georgia.

According to Rolling Stone, other MAGA figures are supporting RFK Jr.’s bid to unseat Biden.

“MAGA influencers and longtime Trump associates such as Roger Stone have praised Kennedy’s candidacy

as a way to ‘soften Joe Biden up,'” Rolling Stone’s report stated. “Former top Trump political adviser and campaign strategist Steve Bannon also reportedly spent “months” encouraging Kennedy to run in order to energize anti-vaxxers who make up much of Trump’s base, according to CBS News.”

“Whether he wants pro-Trump support or not — he’s certainly getting it,” writes Rolling Stone’s Adam Rawnsley and Asawin Suebsaeng.
