Lawsuit Filed in Wisconsin to Ban Voting Machines From Connecting to the Internet

Independent journalist on X, Peter Bernegger says:

“a lawsuit was filed today to ban voting machines/systems from connecting to the internet. The suit is against the Wisconsin Election Commission (“WEC”). It seeks to ban the unlawful use of modems, routers, and the internet in our elections. The 6 Commissioners of WEC have yet to vote to approve the above. The Commissioners rarely understand what they are voting on or for. This happens all the time when Meagan Wolfe sets them up, lying to them about what they are voting on, or not voting on. Wolfe and the voting machine companies place a black box in front of the Commissioners, and the 6 approve what is in the black box. The problem is they never look inside the black box, let alone test and examine the contents. Remember, Meagan Wolfe admitted under sworn oath in her testimony she doesn’t even know how to promulgate an administrative rule. This is how clueless the 6 Commissioners are: they voted to delegate rule promulgation to…..Meagan Wolfe! The lawsuit was filed in Waukesha County State Circuit Court. Contact your Wis. State Assembly Representatives and tell them to remove Meagan Wolfe. The need for this lawsuit proves once again how she is violating our election laws. Specifically Wis. Stats. 5.91, 5.91(10), 7.08(1)(f), Chapter 227 et al..”

This comes after The Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled last year that most ballot drop boxes aren’t allowed in the state and that a voter can’t have someone else return — in person — their completed absentee ballot on their behalf.
