Elon Musk replied to a tweet from Twitter influencer and Spaces host Mario Nawfal discussing the potential release of Meta’s competitor platform to Twitter, Threads. Musk threw out the idea of him and Mark Zuckerberg holding a cage fighting match.
Following Elon Musk’s challenge to the Facebook founder, Zuckerberg went on to seemingly agree on Instagram simply posting “Send Me Location”.
Zuckerberg’s recent posts suggests that he has been actively engaged in physical activities such as jiu-jitsu and fitness challenges like Murph. The Murph challenge is known to be a very intense workout, and finishing it in 39 minutes is quite impressive. It shows Zuckerberg’s dedication towards maintaining his physical fitness and pushing himself to do better. Overall, it’s great to see people promoting physical fitness and taking care of their health.
Here is Zuck’s response:
The Verge first reported that “I’ve confirmed that Zuckerberg’s post on his Instagram account is, in fact, not a joke, which means the ball is now in Musk’s court.”
“The story speaks for itself,” Meta spokesperson Iska Saric told the outlet.
Zuckerberg replied, “It’s definitely for real. Let’s make it happen.” The two billionaires then began to discuss the details of the challenge, including the terms and conditions, and how long it would take for Musk to complete the task. After a few weeks, they finally reached an agreement and announced their plans to the world. Many people were excited about the challenge and eagerly awaited the results. It was a huge success, and both Zuckerberg and Musk became even more popular among their fans and followers.
Musk responded to the story on Twitter, writing, “Vegas Octagon.” Musk wrote in a separate comment, “I have this great move that I call ‘The Walrus’, where I just lie on top of my opponent & do nothing”
