650,000 Ballots Were Allegedly Not Counted Lawfully In Pennsylvania

Former Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani claims witnesses told him that they saw massive voter fraud in Pennsylvania during the 2020 elections. He added that 4 lawyers calculated that they were not able to verify 650,000 ballots.

Rudy Giuliani, a personal lawyer for President Trump, alleges that 650,000 ballots were counted unlawfully in the two largest cities in the state of Pennsylvania.

“We now are up to a count of about 650,000 ballots that are unlawful ballots that were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh,” he said in an interview with Fox Business’s Lou Dobbs. “No doubt about the fact they’re unlawful.”

Giuliani added that “almost none” of the ballots were observed by a Republican. It is unclear in that comment to what specific region he was referring.

“What’s being said in the mass media, that we have no evidence, is a complete, absolute lie, just like they’ve been lying for years,” Giuliani said.

Gov. Tom Wolf’s office claimed after the election in a statement that all parties were allowed to observe the process and that “any insinuation otherwise is a lie.”

The Trump campaign has also said that there were large numbers of extra votes cast in the state for people who are dead, while naming people that back up the claim that they believe people cast votes that were to have been illegally counted.

“Pennsylvania is going to fight every single attempt to disenfranchise voters,” the governor’s office added. “We will protect this election and the democratic process. Pennsylvania will count every vote, and we will protect the count of every vote.”

The Associated Press declared Joe Biden the victor of the 2020 presidential election. The Trump campaign continues to insists that call was premature.

        Okay Mom if you didn’t watch what happened on Election night I get it but if you did then you saw how Republicans got pushed out of polling locations, threatened to get arrested and windows were blocked with cardboard pushing the Republican observers out of sight to see what what was going on, there’s plenty of Camera and Video evidence and eye witnesses to support this information. Over a thousand sworn documents by over 100 eyewitnesses to solidify it.

        The rest of the story is the USPS records show many of those votes were trucked in from New York. That’s why the counting was hidden. Along with the drop boxes it was a coordinated effort by the left to steal the election.

Because after the 2020 election Rudi was out there with “VIDOEOS showing poll workers telling people there was a water break in the main system and that everyone should go home. After they left the pollsters pulled many ballots from under a table and started feeding them into their machines and they all went for Biden. There is a video that shows pollsters being shut out of the voting stations and they were unable to few the counting of the votes. Plus long sheets of paper was put over that glass at polling stations and no one was allowed in to see the votes being counted. And in your comment you say their is no evidence??? I watched the news myself and it showed exactly what happened. Plus the recent investigation that was done showed that President Trump WON in the 2020 election. So what proof do you have to prove your point?

        Right now, the Republicans control Congress. There’s no reason that they can’t investigate to what extent Nancy Pelosi and the FBI were involved in the riot on January 6. I don’t believe it was a spontaneous riot. We all saw on Fox News that one FBI guy instigating people to trespass on the capitol, did we not?

        Without that stupid riot, Senators Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz could have dismissed the electoral votes from the states of both Wisconsin and Pennsylvania due to voting irregularities in at least those two states. The Democrats (even in the FBI) had a motive to disrupt the electoral vote count proceedings.

Both Senators Josh Hawley and Ted Cruz were trying to disqualify the electoral votes from both Pennsylvania and Wisconsin for that very reason and then the damn riot happened, which makes one wonder to what extent the FBI and Nancy Pelosi were being the January 6 riot.       Well, it’s like this. Wondering if January 6th actually qualified as a riot, I watched the whole video, without commentary. First, I saw people marching toward the Capitol much as you see with any march. They were not carrying weapons and torches. They weren’t holding Bibles in the air. When they
      got to the building, I was amazed to see that the Capitol Police were pushing aside the barriers and waving the demonstrators into the building. Did some of them riot? Yes, although I think “riot” is a bit of an overstatement here. It appears that the Capitol Police made the situation worse by using weapons of various kinds, riling up the crowd. They even shot and killed a woman who had gotten pushed into a corner near a doorway. She had not been “rioting.” President Trump told the Crowd to be peaceful several times. Is this old news? Maybe, although some of the evidence cited was new. I have to ask: if voter fraud would not affected the outcome, why have Dems fought so hard to prevent any investigation? If an investigation would have vindicated the Dems, why not have and full and fair investigation that proves they were right? Why go to the trouble of colluding with media and with social media sites to shut down any posts that provide possible proof that voter fraud occurred, and continue to call it “Lies and misinformation?” When anyone does that, you have to wonder what they are hiding. Think about it – that’s all I’m saying.

      Voting Day is just that! The day of the vote. Anyone (which includes literally Everyone) can vote early (If they choose to) by mail in ballot! Those who wish to vote on (Election Day) can vote on that specific day if they choose to vote in person and wait in line! The idea that Voting is allowed to continue beyond Voting day is simply a Fraud! In my 60 years on this earth, this has NEVER been an issue until NOW! Simply ask yourself WHY NOW and it all becomes very clear….Bottom line is if you have any issue Voting on Voting Day then get an absentee ballot delivered to your personal home address and vote prior to Election day! Any ballots Post Marked no later than Election day will be counted and any ballots Post Marked after election day WILL NOT BE COUNTED!!!! Apply that to your Department Of Motor Vehicles Yearly Fees? Do you think you can call the DMV and say that you forgot to pay the fees (even though you received the bill 1 month or more in advance). Do you think the DMV will say that it’s OK, you don’t have to pay the 20% Penalty? ABSOLUTELY NO WAY!!!! It’s Voting Day, NOT VOTING MONTH so get over it and STOP THIS NONSENSE!!!! DUH!!!!

    There’s a documentary about this occurrence. One of the first to emerge after it all went down.It’s thoughtfully discussed. Numerous camera angles from eye witnesses. Shows several individuals incognito, disappearing, changing clothing, & coming back up the stairwell. Y’all should watch it. Very interesting. Young woman reported it. Has the young man leader of ‘Antifa’ in it. He stated he was just in town & knew the event was happening. Wanted to ‘check it out’.

Mississippi Law Allowing Ballots to Be Received After Election Day Ruled Lawful by Judge

A Mississippi law that permits the counting of ballots received up to five days after an election is lawful, according to a federal judge’s ruling on July 28.

U.S. District Judge Louis Guirola Jr. cited the Uniformed and Overseas Citizens Absentee Voting Act (UOCAVA), which governs ballots from overseas citizens, in his decision.

“So if one federal statute implicitly allows post-election receipt of overseas ballots mailed by election day, that statute is presumed not to offend against the election-day statutes, from which one may infer that the similar Mississippi statute on post-election receipt is likewise inoffensive,” Judge Guirola wrote in his 24-page ruling.

The ruling dismissed cases brought by the Republican National Committee, the Mississippi Republican Party, and the Libertarian Party of Mississippi. The Mississippi law mandates that officials count absentee ballots postmarked on or before Election Day, provided they are received within five business days after the election.

The U.S. Constitution’s elections and electors clause grants Congress the authority to set Election Day for determining electors for president and vice president, as well as the date for voters choosing members of Congress. Congress subsequently established a single day for selecting electors and voting for members.

Republicans contended that the Mississippi law “contravenes those federal laws” by effectively extending Mississippi’s federal election past the Election Day established by Congress. They argued the law forced them to spend money to educate voters on the post-Election Day receipt deadline and sought to have the law declared illegal and blocked from enforcement.

Mississippi officials countered that the law does not directly conflict with federal statutes, as those statutes do not specify whether ballots must be received on or by Election Day.

Judge Guirola acknowledged that Republicans and the Libertarian Party did establish standing by showing they were harmed by the law. However, they failed to demonstrate that the law is illegal or unconstitutional. He referenced prior court rulings, including a 2023 district court ruling upholding an Illinois law that allows ballots postmarked on or before Election Day to be counted if received up to 14 days after Election Day. In that case, the judge noted that the attorney general of the United States “often seeks court-ordered extensions of ballot receipt deadlines to ensure that military voters are not disenfranchised.”

“These longstanding efforts by Congress and the executive branch to ensure that ballots cast by Americans living overseas are counted, so long as they are cast by Election Day, strongly suggest that statutes like the one at issue here are compatible with the Elections Clause,” Judge Guirola stated.

The reversal of the 2022 ruling was influenced by a change in the court’s composition. A new justice was elected in 2023, which led to a re-evaluation of the previous decision. During the arguments in May, Justice Jill Karofsky questioned the validity of the 2022 ruling, suggesting that it may have been a mistake. “What if we just got it wrong? What if we made a mistake? Are we now supposed to just perpetuate that mistake into the future?” Karofsky asked during the proceedings.

The court heard arguments three months before the August 13 primary and six months ahead of the November presidential election. Attorneys representing Republican backers of the 2022 ruling contended that there had been no changes in the facts or the law to justify overturning a decision that was less than two years old. Misha Tseytlin, attorney for the Republican-controlled Legislature, argued that overturning the ruling could lead to future instability, as the court might have to revisit the issue whenever its composition changes.

However, Justice Karofsky countered this by pointing out the potential flaws in the 2022 decision, questioning whether the court should continue to uphold a ruling that was “egregiously wrong from the start” with “exceptionally weak” reasoning and damaging consequences.

Democrats and voting rights advocates argued that the 2022 ruling misinterpreted the law by concluding that absentee ballots could only be returned to a clerk’s office and not to a drop box controlled by the clerk. David Fox, attorney for the groups challenging the prohibition, described the current law as unworkable and unclear about where ballots can be returned.

Several justices expressed concerns about revisiting the previous ruling, with Justice Rebecca Bradley cautioning against the court acting as a “super Legislature” and giving municipal clerks excessive discretion in conducting elections.

The case was brought by voter mobilization group Priorities USA and the Wisconsin Alliance for Retired Voters. Governor Tony Evers and the Wisconsin Elections Commission, which oversees the state’s elections, supported the use of drop boxes. Election officials from four counties, including the state’s two largest, also filed briefs in support of overturning the prohibition, arguing that drop boxes had been used securely for decades.

The plaintiffs’ attorneys highlighted the practical impact of the 2022 ruling, noting that over 1,600 absentee ballots arrived late and were not counted in the 2022 election when drop boxes were not in use. By contrast, in the 2020 election, when drop boxes were available, only 689 ballots arrived after Election Day, despite a significantly higher number of absentee voters.
